You don’t need to know upfront — we offer a free discovery call to understand your challenges and goals and provide our recommendation before we draft a proposal. In fact, its expected that many clients might not know exactly what they need prior to our engagement.
Each engagement includes research, strategic recommendations, implementation support, and post-engagement follow-ups. We can also create custom dashboards, reports, or training depending on your needs.
We offer both. Although we prefer to build longer term relations with our clients, many projects are shorter term and we are happy to structure the engagement accordingly.

We charge on a per hour basis for our services. Otherwise, we can set up pricing that depends on the scope, timeline, and complexity of the engagement. Most consulting firms, including ours, charge by project value, which can be more complicated than standard pricing, especially when considering tailored solutions.
Yes. We offer fixed-scope packages, monthly retainers, and flexible add-ons depending on your needs and budget.

Absolutely, we value our clients' privacy and confidentiality, and provide service agreements and can sign NDAs upon request to protect your information and intellectual property. Additionally, all of our agents sign NDAs during training.
